IT Infrastructure – Sr. Engineer – Enterprise Patching & AV

Roles & Responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for enterprise wide installation of patches and antivirus management.
• Design and plan for a centralized antivirus architecture( Antivirus management (malware control))
• Research on new threats and required security controls.
• Security Incident management.
• Customer engagement.
• Develop and review of daily/weekly/monthly IT Security dashboard and show improvement.
• Participate in-group competency meetings and present the dashboard.
• Working knowledge for Implementation of security processes.
• Risk/issue management.
• Work closely with various teams and functions to ensure effective implementation of IT Security controls and processes.
• Work closely with different functions to ensure adherence to information Security policies and exceptions review
Skill Sets • Excellent knowledge of the technical and security architectures and security processes and with good communication skills. Experience in the IT service industry strongly preferred.

• Experience and strong knowledge is required in following domains:
o System compliance management (Antivirus and malware control management)
o Security incident Management
o Security operations management
o Network / OS architecture
o Project management

• High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to conduct research into security issues as required;
• Highly self motivated and directed;
• Strong organizational, oral communication and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail; Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; Experience working with, and presenting to, senior management; Experience in leading others team in the performance of information security duties.
• Preference will be given to the candidates with endpoint encryption.
• Preferred Certification: MCP / MCSE /SCCM/ITIL etc.
• Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model.
